1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jrta9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jrta9 website located at jrta9.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Services").

By creating a jrta9 account, logging into an existing account, or in any manner accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

jrta9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and display a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of jrta9 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services.
• You are accessing the Services as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, either through jrta9 or through any other gambling platform or regulatory body.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person when registering or transacting on the platform.

jrta9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Where there is reasonable doubt that a player does not meet the minimum age requirement, the account will be suspended pending verification. If it is determined that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all gameplay will be voided, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used — provided the funds have not been spent and their origin can be verified.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access jrta9 using their devices. jrta9 recommends the use of parental control software on any device that may be accessed by individuals under 18. Failure to take such precautions does not limit jrta9's right to enforce these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of jrta9 Services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Each person is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account on jrta9. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, jrta9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances, and void any pending withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jrta9 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify jrta9 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. jrta9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jrta9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including — but not limited to — at the point of account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Where a verification request is made, the relevant account functions may be restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jrta9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available periodically at jrta9's discretion and will be displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees applied by jrta9. Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with a transaction are your sole responsibility.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your jrta9 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. In the event of a delay, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

jrta9 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit made from a payment account not registered in the account holder's name will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 3.3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to any pending verification requirements. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests.

jrta9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment account registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for your most recent deposit.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, and other promotional offers made available on jrta9 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

5.2 Abuse & Fraud

jrta9 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in the immediate forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial means to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Coordinated play with other players to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.
• Any other conduct that jrta9 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute an attempt to exploit the bonus system in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

jrta9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are void where prohibited and are available only to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of the claim.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games offered on jrta9 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) powered games use software that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the genuine mathematical model operating in the live game. jrta9 does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, software error, or any other interruption that affects a game round — jrta9's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout being credited to a player's account, jrta9 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrect amount. Winnings obtained as a result of a software error are not valid and will be voided.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the live dealer are final once a round has been closed. Disputes must be raised with customer support within 48 hours of the disputed event, supported by the relevant game round identification number.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jrta9, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or technology used by jrta9.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without jrta9's express written consent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jrta9 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Publishing false or misleading information about jrta9 in any public forum.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the platform. Any discovered vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

jrta9 monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jrta9 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately, withhold funds pending investigation, and take any legal action it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its players.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by jrta9

jrta9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without valid grounds.
• Any other conduct that jrta9 determines is harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is suspended, jrta9 will communicate the reason to the registered email address where it is legally permissible to do so. Players may appeal a suspension decision by contacting support within 30 days of notification.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your jrta9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and all active bonus balances will be forfeited. jrta9 will retain your account data for the period required by applicable data protection and anti-money laundering regulations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and during the exclusion period the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or participate in any jrta9 game or promotion. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jrta9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including — without limitation — loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profit. jrta9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
